A two-day workshop on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) was successfully conducted on 19–20 September 2025 by the Department of Processing and Food Engineering, KCAEFT, Tavanur. Led by PMRF Scholars Er. Ritu Raj Kumar and Mr. Sumit Shankar from IIT Madras, the programme featured technical sessions and hands-on training with CFD tools. Over 30 participants, including students and faculty, gained practical skills in simulation, analysis, and applications.
